飯/麵線/滷菜/湯/飲 品項選擇多樣
腿扣油脂部分 雖有軟透
但瘦肉部分 有軟卻沒入味
因為有點原汁豬腳蘿蔔湯
喝過後推測 豬腳是原肉先焢清湯
肉焢軟後 才下調味去滷
可能整體餐點都偏油膩
還沒吃完就覺得沒食慾
