黑蒜牛肉麵:店家雖然標榜湯頭是黑蒜跟牛大骨熬煮七小時,但無論是在外觀還是味道上,幾乎都跟醬油湯頭一樣,湯頭色深,有香氣,但入口味淡,只有薄醬油味,沒有肉湯的濃郁感,也缺乏油脂的甘甜,牛腱肉給得大塊,可惜吃起來相當乾柴,膠質跟肉質纖維完全分離,口感糟糕,唯一不錯的是麵條相當Q彈,吃起來還帶有麵香;整體而言就像是一碗牛肉硬柴的薄味醬油牛肉麵,對肉食主義或重口味者而言非常不推薦。

餐廳人員用心介紹說明。此次享用炙燒牛五花黑蒜牛肉麵,湯頭以黑蒜、洋蔥、牛骨燉煮7小時而成,湯頭濃郁不會死鹹,個人還蠻喜歡的,另外可以享用原味後再加入辣牛油,換種不同的風味。表面鋪滿份量充足的牛五花,牛五花的處理OK,不會過老,不過個人覺得炙燒口味與口感不夠強烈,但以算不錯。值得前來一試。晚上六點才開門,太早去會撲空喔~

黑蒜湯頭主打的牛肉麵,是走比較自然清燉的口味。點了雙禧黑蒜湯麵及小菜花干,花干用了花椒湯頭燙過,香辣味不會太搶。 雙禧牛肉麵由炙燒牛五花和牛腱為主角,牛五花的炙燒香氣十足,讓湯頭黑蒜味不會太重,品嚐起來溫潤可口,牛腱軟嫩,麵體是Q彈有嚼勁的拉麵,吃一半加入店家特製牛油,增添了不少香氣,但不會重鹹嘴乾,吃完口齒都環繞著牛油香。 店面乾淨光線明亮,老闆和老闆娘見到生客都會熱情介紹,巷尾有停車場開車挺方便。

2021/11/30首次拜訪 點了三福黑蒜牛肉麵跟新品雙喜黑蒜湯麵, 湯頭果然像老闆娘介紹的, 雙喜有加上炙燒肉就很不一樣, 炙燒香味很明顯, 而三福的湯,喝得出來有黑蒜香甜, 不會像直接吃黑蒜般強烈, 應該是沒有吃過黑蒜的人也可以接受的, 兩種口味也不會太鹹膩, 喝到見碗底沒問題~ 麵條是常見的牛肉麵拉麵麵條, 口感適中, 配著湯一起吃很剛好。 三福的肉有牛腱、牛筋、牛肚, 牛腱大口吃的話會有一點不好咬, 小口咬的話,牙口不好的人還是可以吃得下,不會太累; 牛筋軟嫩,可能成本的關係牛筋的數量比牛腱跟牛肚少? 但很好吃! 牛肚則有一點點中藥材的香味附著在上面, 算是蠻特別的, 炙燒的肉比較像是日式牛丼飯或常見的牛肉火鍋肉片, 薄薄的,每咬一口都是濃郁炙燒香味? 小菜我們點了滷豆皮, 份量2-4人吃ok, 外皮吃起來是有炸過的那種, 微微有嚼勁, 搭配櫃檯旁邊的辣牛油更提味! 推薦麵大概吃一半左右享受完原味的湯頭, 加辣牛油進去變一點香辣口味的湯。 整體上可以感覺到店家很用心, 而且料理也是我喜歡的, 會想再去吃看看丼飯跟乾拌麵~ 可惜門口不是很好停車, 摩托車還可以稍微停一下, 汽車可能要附近找停車場再走過去~ 12/31買外帶飯, 菜單有更新價位~調漲

Hole in the wall beef noodle soup place I found when I was visiting Shinzuan. Ordered the chef recommended flamed fatty beef noodle soup and was surprised at how good it was.The broth was rich yet untiring, the noodle was handmade and cooked to al dente, and the flamed fatty beef complimeniments it all very well. I usually don't drink the soup from beef noodle soup because of how greasy it gets, but I killed this one. I would definitely come back again.

Mom and pop shop. Great service. Light broth, not overpowered by dong ban and a bit sweet. I personally prefer a stronger beefy flavor and less sweet. The beef was very good.

We have been back to Taiwan for more than 10 months now and we have dined in many different restaurants around Taipei metro area ... this is the only one we think it's worthwhile to go back again. The food is good, no doubt about it. The environment is clean and warm, not like a typical Chinese restaurant and best of all, the owner and family are super friendly.

Anyone who has had proper beef bone and black garlic stock will say that that the stock here isn’t rich, tasty or flavourful enough. Their stock is watery, lacks salt and tastes medicinal from the black garlic. My guess is they didn’t put enough of anything in the stock. If you’re going to call it a black garlic stock, then it should deliver! Another issue I had with their tendon and tripe noodle soups is that the tripe and tendon tasted off!!! They tasted sour, I literally spat them out.. that’s was hugely disappointing. Not sure how you got the super high google review..... will not be fooled again...
