昨天晚間去用餐，要請服務員加湯，第一位說我們採用自助加湯，可是我的是藥膳湯頭請別位來服務，被叫喚黃色口罩服務員在發呆喝飲料，聽到要服務加湯大力放飲料動作很大，是在不滿要服務客人嗎？
用餐期間經過桌椅時，不是腳踢到我們的椅子，不然就是掃把一直打到椅子前後大約三次，完全沒有在顧慮客人，走道也沒有窄到會這樣，只有那位黃色口罩的服務人員經過總是會發生這種情況，真的不滿服務客人應該就不要來上班吧
把氣發在客人身上未免太誇張？
