1)車格位置不大(B2, B3汽車臨停區，不確定B1是否也是汽車臨停樓層)，在B2與B3, B3與B4間也有增設停車格，因此，若剛好有進與出車輛，動線上會卡住 2) 臨停不分平假日、時段 30元/時，已室內來說價格實惠。3)搭乘電梯的空間頗小的且只有一部。4)停車環境若能更明亮乾淨會更好。
