第一次去說今日額滿，以為是自己太晚去。第二次一開門就去，說該院採預約制，不接受現場掛號。
以為病人時間多嗎？要不是因為就近，也不會想要去看。就已經身體不舒服了，還害人浪費時間體力跑來跑去。
建議門口請貼：「本院只接受預約看診」。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 某些護士的態度真的非常差，不知道在兇幾點、在差什麼意思的。生意好歸好，妳們忙歸忙，龜苓龜苓膏，對求診者態度這麼不耐煩真的好嗎？對，妳們賣的是專業，妳們沒有義務、求診者也沒有權利要求妳們多和顏悅色；但若只是想要在對談當中，能夠互相留給對方一些尊重與善意，有那麼困難嗎？希望院方不要說什麼不爽不要來，我來了就一定得感受不爽嗎？醫師的專業診治跟妳們的鳥態度有直接關聯嗎？最後也澄清，以上言論非指該院所有護理人員，只是本人在5/5晚上21點來就診時的親身經歷。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這間的護理師真的超級優秀的，5/10因爲家裡的人全部確診，完全沒有時間去購買清冠一號，晚上10:00多打電話至貴診所，還有人接聽，因家裡有一位6歲小朋友確診，發高燒，求助診所，診所人員超有耐心的跟我們說有貨一定通知我們，隔了一天貨就來了，不知道怎麼感激這位護理師，想來評論區表揚這位幫助我們全家，幫助家裡小朋友的救命恩人，我們家的人因為有你的幫忙，大家都康復也快就隔離了，真的很感謝這位護理師
