致電店家詢問餐點送錯的問題，店家回應口氣態度惡劣。
回應「業主回應」：
我們有先致電外送員，外送員表示取餐之後直奔我們家，不會送錯。我們才致電 貴店表示餐點錯誤，我們的口氣很客氣。之前也有遇過其他店家出錯餐點的狀況，也是致電店家討論方便怎麼處理，而不會直接跟熊貓要求退費，畢竟餐已經出了，也是成本。第一次遇到把問題直接推給外送完全沒有要解決問題而且口氣不好的店家。您回覆說「口氣是對等的」，那我們實在被兇得很無辜。
