★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一顆6元。皮不算有嚼勁，偏薄跟李小籠包差不多，皺摺的地方很厚，大概跟餡料差不多厚。餡料大約是李小籠包的一半，肉餡很細，又有加蔥，但是偏乾沒什麼湯汁。調味不重，所以要配辣椒醬。
 6 yuan each. The skin is not chewy. It is thinner than Li Xiaolongbao, and the wrinkled area is thick. The filling is about half the size of Li Xiaolongbao. The meat is very thin and has onions, but the soup is dry. The seasoning is not heavy, so go with chili sauce.
