★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 是一個很有質感的建案，尤其是圖書館讓我印象深刻，聽銷售小姐說，每一一個冠德的建案，都設置一座「冠德遠見圖書館」。每一個住戶，都贈送相當數量的天下文化叢書。感覺真的很不一樣！
It is a very high-quality construction project, especially the library that impressed me. I heard from the sales lady that every Guande project has a "Guande Vision Library". Every household has given away a considerable number of books on the world culture. It feels really different!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 內裝施工品質有待加強，但冠德基本上就是修到好，雖然有時不是最聰明的處理方式，但態度上都算積極處理，單價上有買「修到好」服務的感覺。
許多住戶為年輕族群，鄰居間互相交流訊息、相互合作學習，整體氣氛不錯。
面福美街較安靜，高樓層天氣好時可遠眺到台北市區甚至101。
頭前重劃區人行道寬敞、綠意盎然，走在街道上、生活在這裡很舒服。
The quality of interior construction needs to be improved, but Guande basically repairs it well. Although it is sometimes not the smartest way to deal with it, it is considered to be proactive in its attitude, and the unit price has the feeling of buying "fixed to good" service.
Many households are young people, and neighbors exchange information and learn from each other. The overall atmosphere is good.
Facing Fumei Street is relatively quiet, and the high floors can overlook downtown Taipei and even 101 when the weather is good.
The sidewalk in the re-zoned area in front of you is spacious and full of greenery. It is very comfortable to walk on the street and live here.
