★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 其實應該是附近最好吃的碳烤，價格也合理，材料算是新鮮沒有一些怪味，強調是使用純木炭的烤法，不經過油炸，其實碳香不強，應該是使用的木炭差異，老闆在熟度控制與火力控制是比較精細的，調味上也是較為平衡，這些都是優點！
缺點也是有，其實味道很平，沒有那種非吃不可的力道，有時候烤肉就是要有種讓人擋不住的香氣與味道，應該就是所謂的梅納反應，這些烤肉吃多了反而會膩，我還是喜歡醬汁多一點的烤法，雖然味道重。
整體上還是很推薦，因為看起來老闆是很要求品質，專注在炭火與食物上！
