現在雞排隨處可買,各有各愛好擁護者,初到福壽街附近工作,友人介紹初訪來試試看,店家介紹1999年開業堅持採用乾式粉包裹雞排鎖住肉汁,以傳統著稱,現在基本上很多都是濕式調理粉漿使用,各有所別,有看到網友說現在會”皮肉分離”,不知道以前狀況,個人吃的確有部分是這情形,乾式的粉不會過厚,整體肉的本身醃製算是中上,帶點偏微甜的調味,也不過於甜膩,帶回來五分鍾內食用略燙口,明顯肉汁的口感強烈,肉的厚度以價位的確也到水準,脆口的程度也都還帶著,有看到四五年前網友po的好像是55元的訂單照?!?現在一份是65元就是了,不過以現在物價個人是可以接受,中午初訪是位中年店男站炸台,不知道是不是老闆??因為有人說老闆炸的比較好...?只吃過雞排,也被那誇口全新莊...吸引,整體個人覺得雞排四顆星值得特別試試,當然站炸台人不同因素都會影響個人食用感覺,謝謝招待, 2021.09
