2020年，1月 電話報修，小姐說會安排，到了2020年11月一直都沒有下文，
2020年9月 有位吉順業務隨機拜訪，問業務怎麼公司都沒有派人來維修，一問三不知，
也沒有回報給公司:說我們需要維修，(都現場給他看哪裡壞了)
等快一年了， 本來需要再添購三台，但絕對不會再找吉順這家
Purchase your product in 2018 Shrink machine
In January 2020, I would like to call for repairs. The lady said that it would be arranged. By November 2020, there has been no follow-up.
In September 2020, a Jishun business randomly visited and asked why the business did not send anyone to repair.
Did not report back to the company: saying that we need repairs, (all on the spot to show him where it broke)
I have been waiting for almost a year, I originally needed to buy three more, but I will never look for Jishun again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 109年2月買了他家的打包機,使用至今後續又買了一台連續式封口機,服務很好,出貨迅速,當中有幾次不會操作的打給他們技術部門也得到很好的解答,希望下次能再跟他們交易,我現在耗材打包帶跟封口的袋子也是跟他們叫貨的,值得推薦的商家讚!
I bought his packer in February 109. After using it, I bought a continuous sealing machine. The service is very good and the shipment is fast. Among them, the technical department who can't operate a few times is also very good. I hope that I can trade with them again next time. I am also asking them for the consumable packing belt and the sealed bag. It is recommended by the merchant!

I am a purchaser. I bought Jishun’s packing machine in 2018, and the packing belt was called by them. The service is not bad as mentioned by Brother Kai. I suspect that Brother Kai was deliberately sabotaged by peer competition.
