I have tried seafood fried instant noodles, spring onion cake, and beef hor fun at this Yilan scallion pancake. All three tastes are delicious, especially the fried instant noodles. I feel like I am a soldier in Kinmen. Not expensive, it should be the first place in Xinzhuang.
