★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上次去台北找朋友，正煩惱要吃什麼，剛好經過「初涼麵」，看店外觀乾乾淨淨的，想說試試看。 一進店，老闆好熱情招呼，還幫我們介紹他們涼麵的特色，ㄧ聊之下原來是剛開幕不久的店家（大推年輕人創業）。我就點了「涼麵」，「割包」、「味增蛋花湯」。那個涼麵，第一口真的有驚訝到，芝麻味跟麵的彈性搭配的好好吃喔，而且有家鄉媽媽的味道，好久好久沒有吃到這麼好吃涼麵。 回到高雄後，不誇張真的會懷念，這家店是讓我有想再回去吃的動力，好讚。 「割包」跟「味增湯」也不賴喔，但我還是最愛涼麵。 東西好吃，老闆熱情。 好店家...推。
 The last time I went to Taipei to find friends, I was worrying about what to eat. I just passed the "Chuliang Noodles". I saw the appearance of the shop and I wanted to give it a try. As soon as we entered the store, the boss greeted us warmly and also introduced us to the characteristics of their cold noodles. Under the chat, it turned out that it was a store that had just opened (a big push for young people to start businesses). I ordered "cold noodles", "cut buns", and "miso egg soup." The cold noodles, the first bite is really surprised. The sesame flavor and the elasticity of the noodles are delicious, and it has the taste of my hometown mother. I haven't eaten such delicious cold noodles for a long time. After returning to Kaohsiung, I will miss it without exaggeration. This restaurant is the motivation to go back to eat again. It's awesome. "Cubao" and "Miso Soup" are not bad, but I still love cold noodles the most. The food is delicious and the owner is enthusiastic. Good store...push.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 時常下班路過已打烊，今天遠遠看到招牌還亮著，便走入店內問是否還可以內用，店內兩位老闆相看一眼後回説可以，就在菜單上點了泰式酸辣和麻醬涼麵，再加一個刈包及一碗味噌湯，刈包裡五花肉片、花生粉、香菜、酸菜樣樣不缺，口感味道都不錯，麻醬香濃不過甜不油膩，像今天有點悶熱感的氣候，吃清爽的泰式酸辣口味正對胃口。

Spicy and sesame sauce cold noodles, plus a bao and a bowl of miso soup, the pork belly slices, peanut powder, coriander, sauerkraut are all in shortage, the taste is good, the sesame sauce is fragrant, but not sweet and not greasy, like today. In the sultry climate, eating the refreshing Thai-style hot and sour taste is just right for your appetite.

辣椒跟蒜泥（不會稀稀的）都真材實料 不馬虎

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麻將涼麵的麻醬給很多，味道也不錯，麵條也好吃，泰式涼麵以為是酸辣辣重口味，誰料沒什麼味道，覺得非常的雷⋯⋯，味增湯的味道有點淡，味增感覺放很少，刈包普普通通，豬肉太硬，麵皮太乾
