★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牛肉麵的肉不像一般用腱子肉比較柴，他們用的比較像半筋半肉，質感很軟嫩，好吃。湯頭的感覺弱了些，如果再加強湯頭的味道及麵條有拉麵及刀削麵的口感那就非常完美了。小菜部份像牛肚.牛筋.黑木耳都好吃，而且價格便宜，值得推薦

麵本身分量足夠 小碗就很飽
麻醬麵味道不錯 裡面些許肉燥
小菜 地瓜葉份量多(菜梗稍多就是)
