看了評價非常期待的跟家人過來,但整體覺得很普通,量很少CP值不高,飯也都用手在抓(抓完看都是用清水洗過,不是用肥皂或洗手液,然後再去洗碗跟裝湯或收錢) 可以理解想仿效日本,但疫情其實還不是完全清零的狀態,看到這樣吃下來的感覺很阿雜,最終吃完被長輩認證為騙騙學生或年輕人還可以的餐廳,一整個嫌到不行。 多一顆星是因為味噌湯好喝可以一直續, 其餘覺得自己是被評價騙過來的, 不會再來了。

這是位在新莊棒球場附近巷子裡的一家小店(位置很少),在觀醬手隔壁,專賣丼飯和炸物 。 前些天第一次來吃, 感想是: 1.CP值高,食材有鮮。 2.醋飯好吃,吃得出用的米還不錯。 3.丼飯裡的飯量不多,對於我們這種胃口小的女生來講 剛剛好飽 ! 但是飯好像可以免費續。 4.味僧湯偏甜,糖加多了點,我不喜歡甜甜的食物,所以我沒喝完它。(扣了一顆星) 5.我們點了 衷魚心丼 $560元和 蠔心丼$520元。因為我們不吃炸的食物,所以沒點炸物。 6. 溫度有待加強的店。 若是只是純粹以填飽肚子的出發點,我還是推薦這家店。 P.S.要寫評論才看到許多評論說(醋飯、味增湯、小菜免費續),但在現場只有那位瘦瘦高高的先生跟我們說 味僧湯可以續......那....點餐食壯壯的先生為何沒告訴我們呢?(扣了一顆星)

是一間老宅風格的日式料理店,座落於小巷子內,外觀和一般住家很相似,如果沒有仔細找很容易錯過。店內空間不大,內用座位大概8位左右,用餐環境很像日本的板前料理,可以直接觀看丼飯的製作過程。每個丼飯份量來說都可以吃得滿飽的,其中很推薦櫻花散壽司。散壽司做成丼飯的大小在外面來說蠻少見的,而且老闆還跟我們介紹這道丼飯想要營造出來的畫面就像在櫻花季,櫻花花瓣隨風落下的畫面,真的是一道有畫面優又美味的料理。 另外還要推薦的是店內的日本氣泡飲料,完完全全是日本來的飲料,喝了超想去日本玩的啦。

囔囔好久終於來吃了,日式裝潢風格及不疾不徐的料理態度讓人深刻的感受到日本職人精神(與隔壁的觀醬手一樣師出同門),這次點的三種丼飯都各有特色,唯一相同的就是生魚片都非常新鮮,單點的唐揚炸雞塊此生最推,推薦大家一定要點來試試看!! 地點在新莊體育館旁的小巷內,目前尚未開放訂位,只能現場排隊等候。只有吧台區的座位,好處是可以跟老闆寒喧幾句,老闆也能立刻照顧到客人的需求(醃白蘿蔔跟味增湯都可以續) 跟台北市同類型的餐廳比較起來,是CP值非常高的一間丼飯店,與觀醬手並列新莊必吃日式料理店~
