★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 吃了20年到老店，從自立街與中華路口的土地公廟旁邊擺攤時就吃了，當時湯頭用旗魚骨去熬煮數小時的味噌湯湯濃好喝，可惜自從日本311後海洋污染就沒法再用旗魚骨熬湯頭，現換店址後因客人反應湯頭太濃太鹹，不得以將湯頭濃度與鹹度調降，但湯的味道仍在水準之內只是沒以前的濃醇好喝就是了，涼麵真的不錯吃，小黃瓜紅蘿蔔豆芽菜等配菜給的不手軟，麻醬香麵條不錯吃還可加水果醋真的很讚，重點是味噌湯可以續碗

上面有小黃瓜跟豆芽菜紅蘿蔔吃起來蠻清爽的，跟市面上一般涼麵比算是比較清淡口味，整體來說還不錯吃，我自己會再加一點醋，喜歡辣的人也有辣油可以自己加（有後勁的辣，慎用?），內用也有環保筷可以使用喔～
