★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入住至今近一年，基本還算滿意，交通方便走路至捷運站約13分鐘。目前唯一不滿是樓板隔音低於預期太多，樓上鄰居腳步聲及天花板管道間水聲可輕易聽到，嚴重影響晚上睡眠，目前打算重拆天花板再做一次隔音。
I have been in for nearly a year, and I am basically satisfied. The transportation is convenient and it takes about 13 minutes to walk to the MRT station. The only dissatisfaction at the moment is that the sound insulation of the floor slab is too much lower than expected. The footsteps of the neighbors upstairs and the sound of water between the ceiling pipes can be easily heard, which seriously affects the night's sleep. Currently, I plan to remove the ceiling and do another sound insulation.
