非常的用心 大力推荐

感覺佛心老闆。湯也很好喝。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 清蒸肉圓最常遇到的問題就是皮太軟爛，這間現場吃是沒有這個狀況，口感還有點微Q，相當用心。
內餡調味剛好，醬料有另外加兩匙蒜頭精，喜歡蒜味的人會愛，不喜歡的人應該可以提醒老闆不要加。
吃過幾間出名的清蒸肉圓，這間是我目前最推薦，沒有之一。
The most common problem encountered with steamed meatballs is that the skin is too soft and rotten. This is not the case when eating on-site, and the taste is slightly Q, which is quite careful.
The filling is seasoned just right, and the sauce has another two spoons of garlic essence. Those who like garlic will love it, and those who don’t like it should be able to remind the boss not to add it.
I have eaten several well-known steamed meatballs, this is my most recommended one, none of them.

醬料搭配起來不錯
甜不辣個人覺得較為普通
可能湯汁太多
整個醬料變得很淡
所以甜不辣就比較清淡
可能比較適合內用
