去染髮結果髮根的地方完全沒有吃到顏色 還想跟我說完成了
結果我說髮根區域顏色沒有上到,設計師才重新再幫我補染
挑染的地方也和當初說的顏色不同
現在回家仔細看後 髮根附近根本都沒吃色到
反正以後不可能再去了 有夠糟糕的設計師

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨天晚上去洗頭,洗頭妹妹其實洗的很舒服,也不會跟你硬聊天,而且按摩時間也非常的足夠,但是輪到設計師來,就是噩夢的開始,不管說要用什麼,設計師一直不斷的反駁,只願意用他的,一上來我有說需要用電棒,設計師當下先說好,之後馬上就回說你很常再用電棒嗎?這樣你以後要燙染頭髮會爛掉哦,我當下只想說通常有經驗的設計師有沒有長期用這種熱朔産品不是看髮質其實是看的出來的(因為他一上來就是表現的非常強勢經驗非常老道的樣子)
當他這樣跟我說的時候我也回他並沒有很長用,只是明天有場合需要用捲。
之後他就先詢問我怎麼捲,告知設計師後他開始吹乾,上電棒,當他上電棒之後我只是隨口詢問一句,恩?我自然捲非常嚴重,不先拉直嗎?設計師開始用不是太小聲的語氣說,拉直更難朔型,而且外面在下雨,你這樣比較不會直會更持久,我想說好那就是照你的,真的已經懶得跟他爭辯,因為全程他的語氣都是非常強勢的,
在後來,卷頭髮的途中,旁邊有助理在聯繫剪假人頭,不斷的邊用電棒捲我的頭髮邊在我耳邊狂罵助理,不是啊你這樣剪就不是是什麼什麼剪之類的話,途中他一直不斷分心要教助理又要用我的頭髮,有幾次他都是目光在助理的假人頭上,我的頭髮停頓在電棒上很久!
最後等設計師好不容易捲好了,詢問能不能幫我卷一卷綁起來,因為回家等等還要睡覺,直接不斷的說不是啊你這樣捲起來捲度不會漂亮,我也直接懶得理他我就說好,最後在請他幫我噴定型,結果他的定型液是死命當殺蟲劑一樣再噴,甚至噴到我都咳嗽了還在噴!
整個用頭髮的過程終於結束我離開這家店之後,我摸了摸我的頭髮,我才終於明白為什麼他會說這樣比較持久了,因為我的頭整個都是硬的⋯⋯
我隔天一早把頭髮剝開,痛到不行,等到剛剛我自己洗頭的時候崩潰到爆,我的頭髮很多都一塊一塊打結,用潤髮也打不開後來直接剪掉!
要不是洗頭妹妹洗頭真的很舒服不然我真的死都不會再踏進去了,奉勸要進去的客人,看到一個老老綁馬尾的男生千萬不要給他用頭髮,不然你會有種錯覺不知道到底是去消費享受,還是去被訓話教訓的!

來這洗頭做頭部按摩,已是老客戶,只是今天我的設計師不在,助理的服務態度真的讓我傻眼,先是能量棒不能使用(連其他設計師借我都不行,還說要報告副理),我只是詢問並未要求一定要,隨後態度很差的摔了原本的刮痧棒,心不甘情不願地去拿設計師借我的能量棒,我還加購了肩頸按摩,結果助理竟然帶著兩層手套用精油做肩頸。我問她原因,他說他有富貴手怕過敏,按了十幾年沒被塑膠手套做過,被塑膠手套刮得很不舒服,要求按5分鐘,竟然不被助理接受硬是用塑膠手套刮了10分鐘~
1.要求我戴口罩我沒帶我用買的也就算了,為什麼別人進去可以不用戴口罩
2.五塊錢的口罩,只不過走到位置上去而已,就好像被覺得我不想付的感覺急著要跟我要拿五塊錢。
3.雖然我是老客人,但每次在那間店裡感受到就是老闆一天到晚在客人的面前罵員工,或是大小聲,氣氛是很不輕鬆的,你一定會問為何我還去,因為設計師

The roots ended up being too light. Now, I have this UGLY two toned and DAMAGED hair. My confidence level dropped that I didn’t even wanna go out anymore. I have already contacted other professionals to fix my hair. Please salon owner, don’t do this to other people anymore.
