★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次到這消費，店長Leo真的非常用心在服務，會詢問客人接下來是否有行程，服務期間也會一直關心我的感受，也會提醒我若有哪不舒服，一定要說（我人骨折），按摩力道又拿捏的很好，超級舒服，洗髮時他感到我髮尾挺澀，還免費幫我修髮尾分岔，消費價格又經濟實惠，第一次去就被如此好的服務品質直接收買了我的心?真的只有讚可以形容了???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 特殊染的顏色非常快就退了。跟以往在其他間染的時間…相較之下退很快！不過設計師不錯啦！下次還會考慮再去一次看看，不過就不會挑特殊色了。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店長技術是不錯，但是店裡幫忙洗頭的小姐服務態度就很差勁，幫忙吹整時頭髮都用力的抓過來抓過去，完全沒顧慮到客人會不會痛？
我是覺得這家開很久了，技術是有的，但可能人手不足，不是去的時侯要等很久就是服務態度愈來愈差了，差到都對不起我們這些老客人了

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 洗頭的小姐會問選指腹還是指尖，選指腹後仍推薦用指尖洗，第一次洗髮有請她控制力道，第二次還是狂抓猛抓，沖頭髮請她調整涼一點的水溫卻被反問這天氣要沖冷的喔。就是因為頭皮被抓痛才想沖涼的，希望可以再體諒客人一點。
另外美髮師把瀏海剪壞了，當下反映也只有用梳子尾巴撥一下說撥旁邊就好，但現在還會翹起來...，髮尾也是參差不齊。
給了店家2次機會，感受都不好，建議頭皮敏感或有自然捲的人可以有其他考量。
