還沒搞清楚病人在說什麼 就亂兇 不知道有沒有訓練過 這種態度當櫃檯小姐不合理吧 希望可以多多加強

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5/24視訊看診完告知診斷證明需等通知，中間傳了line已讀沒回..也是耐心等待直到6/10打電話詢問才說馬上處理、才馬上開好…不知道是漏了？還是沒有催的話就是讓病患慢慢等….開立前也有再次傳訊息將資料告知診所結果內容還是錯誤的，雖說有請代拿的家人檢查但家人根本不會看..以防這個狀況我才事先傳資料給診所核對的沒想到還是錯（PCR日期跟採檢診所名都錯…）勢必要重開了…哎不管怎樣也是病患吃虧要再跑一趟去拿…知道您們真的很忙但身為病患能做的也都盡力了～希望診所可以再細心一點，不要浪費彼此的時間，體諒有些病患並不是住在附近.....
