打給附近這家水電詢問幫助,
對方表示太晚了要詢問老闆,
老闆可能睡了再也沒有打過來,
家人自己上屋頂關水,
待白天再打過去詢問
對方表示正在下雨無法幫忙,
我不是為難老闆,所以下雨的時候
如果人家不肯也罷了上去維修畢竟危險,
但我有需要維修的狀況
對方說需要等雨小一點再處理,
不然他現在上去處理既危險又可能
過幾小時就再爆了
那我再次詢問了,那怎麼又爆了?
因為一個月內叫了兩次維修,
都是因為同樣位置漏水,還更嚴重
我頗有疑問
老闆重複了幾遍剛才的說詞,沒有正面回應我
我也再問了幾遍同樣的問題
最後告訴我,可能是馬達,
他們上次沒看馬達,我問為什麼不看,
老闆告訴我,「因為我們民眾沒講馬達有問題」
我問他你們專業的都不知道哪裡有問題,
我們一般民眾怎麼知道?
老闆說「因為他們不是使用者」
再跟我說「我們也沒要求全面檢修」
接著老闆把前面的說詞再跟我重複,
我有點火了開始大聲對著電話質問剛才的問題
老闆最後跟我說「你們的馬達上次沒問題啊」
啊你上次不是沒有看?
怎麼最後又知道沒有問題了?
氣得我掛了電話另找
我猶豫再三要不要留差評,
因為我極少給人家留差評,
即便有所不滿最多就是不給評價,
但還是提醒其他住附近的民眾,因為家裡淹水是多麻煩的問題
