★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 有色差的問題卻不在一開始的時候提前告知，等到交件後發現顏色深淺落差大時就一直說是合版印刷的20%誤差範圍(然後還說要看運氣@_@)，沒有感受到想要為客戶解決問題只顧著把責任推得一乾二凈。就連我們提出補錢貼成本重印都被拒絕，感覺就是被一腳踢開了。
There is a color difference problem, but I did not inform in advance at the beginning. When I found that the color depth difference was large after the delivery, I kept saying that it was the 20% error range of the co-printing (then I said that it depends on luck @_@). I didn’t feel it. If you want to solve problems for customers, you just push the responsibility out. Even our proposal to reprint the cost of reimbursement was rejected, and it felt like we were kicked away.
