★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5/8-10因家人確診被居隔,已經撥通至少10通電話詢問,一開始說系統查無資料,家人確診當天就已經申報了還查無資料?每次人員都是問資料後說會送上去開立,或也有說手寫開單親送,結果快三週都沒有東西。明明只是一通簡訊就能處理的事情,能否不要再拖延儘快開立居隔單?很難嗎?

同住者陽性兩位都收到關懷箱5/16。
他們兩位都有填我本人為同住者(google表單),
這個條件我都有符合,為何就是收不到簡訊?

想說請假提早下班還是領不到,3:30就下班了?
真的是完全遵守CDC防疫0接觸的指導原則, 1樓全部櫃台都關到剩1個替代疫跟1個輪值員工留守, 然後請民眾填QR CODE或回家繼續等....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4/23、4/28、5/2 家人陸續確診,從4/23開始就沒有辦法開始上班,至今已經十多天了,從一開始3+4居隔通知書就給不了,每天打電話不是忙線就是永遠沒人接聽,系統該填都填了。別的行政區同時間3+4通知書早就發了,新莊的永遠收不到,行政效率極差!!
一開始警察疫調也做了,我不懂新莊衛生局是哪裡有困難!
一句名冊沒收到就掛電話,態度極差!
4/28確診的兩位家人,就像邊緣人,關懷箱沒收到,電話一通都沒有。到現在都要滿10天解隔離,還是一樣東西沒收到,只是沒上新聞而已。
5/2確診的家人等到要解隔離,至少3個禮拜沒上班,請問是要怎麼跟公司交代。
要人體諒,誰來體諒我們,就不能先發嘛!
5位家人就確診4位。只是要個4/23 那時候的3+4居隔通知書,都給不了!

這位承辦人員的工作態度是她的自身修養和家教有關,無法管;但是對於詢問衛生局的上下班時間,直接說「不知道」三個字,實在失職。

但電話打了很多天,永遠是都打不通,難道不能在官網或其它地方揭示業務的停辦資訊?或接一下電話,或其它可回覆的電子媒體?
民眾急著跑去洽公,疫情期間與梅雨之間,親自到場,卻冷冰冰的..撲了空,其實真的不太懂,為民服務與同理心的熱忱有這麼難做到嗎?
