第一次服務台人員,看過資料後說我們只剩印章沒蓋而已,可以抽號碼牌, 結果承辦人員太過於官僚,服務態度不佳,說我們資料都沒寫,印章也沒蓋,拿了我們資料跑去服務台罵,說我們資料都沒有填寫叫我們填寫蓋完章再重新抽號碼牌(服務人員太忙了,而承辦人員,又不會指導我們填寫蓋章只會說資料不完全又不指出那邊資料沒寫到) 承辦人員收件時,也不檢查詳細,只說有問題會再打電話通知,果不其然,接到電話,說有一個地方漏寫到,(也不知道當初我們為什麼沒有寫到)所以要我們有人親自再過去撰寫,這樣子才能結案(我們有附正本資料又不是讓他們沒有憑據可參考) 真是有夠誇張,我們又不是閒閒沒事做,為什麼一開始就不檢查清楚呢?

塗銷真的算是簡易案件嗎?排隊前得知前面有另外四位也在辦理塗銷,結果等待的30分鐘期間二個窗口不知是一次辦理幾十件塗銷還是案件太複雜,效率真的太差。後面看似有一位小姐站在那邊查看現場狀況,而其他一般案件窗口都已經淨空,她也感覺沒有打算要調整人力支援的意思。反而是原本在門口協助做人流管控的先生在我等待期間請門口的紀小姐幫忙先處理前面文書作業。要不是有這二位優秀的人員,我覺得只會給此單位一顆星。

今日與父親一同去辦理土地持分合併等相關事務,門口幫忙接洽服務人員很耐心的聽完我們的需求,幫我們按取號碼牌與轉介至服務台辦理。 服務台同仁看起來還在看書,沒有與我們對話,沒有問候語,連個問候語「您好」都沒說,旁邊的服務人員接起電話都還會說「新莊地政事務所,您好,很高興為您服務!」,這差別也太大了吧!打電話的講話很有溫度,到場辦理的被當空氣! 最後還是是我們先開口跟他說我們需要將註記拿掉並將土地持分合併,服務人員問我為什麼?我們回答有需求!服務人員又說之前繼承就是這樣了為什麼要合併?我們又要回答因為同一個土地上有其他建物在之後需要平均持份,服務人員又問那為什麼要拿掉註記? 我們已經不滿意服務台的態度的還一直問我們問題,所以我們直接就問他可以辦理嗎?可以的話就直接辦就好!之後才願意拿單子讓我們填寫,填寫中一副愛理不理的樣子,過程詢問服務人員還在看手機,你們的服務人員很忙!忙到沒空服務民眾!
