‭0910-392-7xx此位配送員,109/10/14上午9:45撥打電話,本人未接到,但於當日9:49即回撥,問我人在家嗎?可以下樓取貨嗎?(我家有人可收貨)本人問配送員是否知道住家地點,此配送員只回我:妳那邊地址很複雜不好停車,包裹很小,我把包裹放在全家,妳有空取貨。請問貴公司包裹的大小定義是什麼?小孩子的電動摩托車是小樣貨物是嗎?要一位孕婦從便利商店取貨再搬回沒有電梯的舊公寓4樓,試問貴公司這樣合理嗎? 如果貴公司不想宅配到府服務,就不要接收此項業務。當初就是因為懷孕不便搬運,不然為何用宅配服務呢?拜託請不要再讓老弱婦孺搬貨了⋯⋯

每次都急著想要送件,明明家裡沒有人硬把包裹放在家門口,如果不見了是誰要負責?

爛到我覺得給1星都給多了,先說,司機大哥是無辜的爛的都是接電話回覆的,不知道是不是客服就不提了,我在東x購物.x森購物買了兩台手機,然後開開心心準備坐等手機,期待收到的當下開心的感覺,幾天的等待,我看著貨態,卻越看越怪,越來越看不懂 他從前一天(4號)晚上9:30說與客人另約時間配送 保管在蘆洲營業所後,就沒動過了!!! 隔一天我起了大早跟客服聯繫(看著官網客服電話打的) 給了單號後 客服回覆:因為太晚所以司機大哥直接用這個狀態 當下我心裡其實想,好吧如果是這樣也不要為難司機大哥畢竟人家真的累,然後說今天(5號)會送 我就回說好的我等,等到下午了,因為待會有事可能會離開配送地,就想問看車子出發了沒 結果讓我爆傻眼的情況發生了 (這次我沒打總公司客服,而是直接撥蘆洲營業所) 以下對話都是跟蘆洲營業所的對話 ?‍?你好蘆洲所 ?您好請問xxxxxxxxxx的貨物有出了嗎 ?‍?李xx的貨嗎 ,目前在我們所內保管中喔! ?(心想:花了發 ,不是說今天會送怎麼變保管中??????) 那請問今天會送嗎 ?‍?你有要送嗎 ,明天幫你送..... 後面我基本上就沒在聽了 , 我如果不想要我就不會打過來問了????? 口氣態度真的真的如果不是因為文字無法表達 但我跟你講,真的差爆,總公司客服多問兩句好像覺得你就是奧客一樣,結果我打完這些評論,我的貨。還是沒來:)但我選擇跟他說自取了 畢竟這可能是我人生最後一次用新竹物流了,想去給他個注視禮

無接觸的送貨 應該是把東西放到指定地點 而不是隨便把東西丟在樓梯 要是沒走下去都不知道東西在哪 真的是很爛的服務 爛透了
