★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 冠德建設的案子一向能維持一定品質,唯這棟房子一層9戶,實在令人擔心未來會太複雜。但2間衛浴設備皆有窗戶,感覺很通風且具自然光源,算是不錯的設計!

位於副都心重畫區內住宅區 對面是國小操場 算是永久棟距
優點是品牌建商 冠德建設在建案規畫上真的有一套 留意很多小細節
加上品牌一貫的內建圖書館 整體質感提升不少
徒步至副都心站約7-8分 沿路都有人行道 算好走
停車場規劃坡道平面+坡道機械 價差約100萬
缺點是基地整合的因素整個基地成L型 結構上並不是那麼理想
且144戶的戶數公設比仍來到34%略高 可能是狹長型走道浪費了不少空間
此案緊鄰NY璞致和新都悅(為都更合建案 非重劃區) 可以一併比較

格局大坪數的都不錯,方正無走道,無風水瑕疵
價格降下來後銷售速度變很快!
