小菜的豬頭皮有滷過
吃起來感覺像是煙燻的味道很棒
感覺辣椒應該也蠻厲害的 ，不過因為我不吃辣就沒有加。

不太像是我概念中的粄條，吃起來比較像是越式河粉的軟Q口感，但是我喜歡 ??
