如果是小米平價3C用品還是建議大家上網買一買就好,但實體店享有的試用現貨服務還是不錯

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 售後服務極差!第一次維修送到店告知好了再通知結果一個月過去打電話過去都說還沒好,最後一次剛好經過順道去看看才立馬維修結果只是一個線路鬆脫十分鐘搞定。更換零件等料等超久等超過一個月,到貨也不主動告知,維修前也不主動報價。今天維修也是說缺件要等結果遲遲等不到電話才又去現場,一樣當場幫維修也是不到半小時維修完成。更換了電動滑板車油門撥片跟腳撐,更換前沒報價直接拖了進去好了才跟我們說費用!!價錢1800感覺被坑,要在這邊買東西的人請三思。人生第一次寫google 評論就獻給此店了。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 真的服務爛又瞎,買了一台電動滑板車,回家看奇摩拍賣,一樣的店,網路價比較便宜,還說我們現場買的時候沒說是奇摩,叫我們再去,退費給我們。
而且買的時候,也沒給確認滑板車試騎、也沒給箱子,更扯的是,沒給附件的備胎。回家看官網,還問了別間店,確定有附備胎。
打電話回去給老闆,才說叫我們再回去拿備胎,放在旁邊地上,忘記給了。
第二次去拿退費跟備胎的時候,態度也很差,還說嗯,連抱歉歹謝對不起、甚至謝謝都沒講。
不會再去了,爛死了
