侯診前面只有一個人,等了快50分鐘,不給直接開藥,櫃檯也不讓打電話給醫生問一下還要多久,就讓後面病患傻等,浪費時間,糟糕的看診經歷

原本是在三重安興看診,現在就近換到同一體系的恆友,醫生們還是非常的優,專業又能詳細說明,也能理解我的想法跟憂鬱症狀。我家有人到醫院看精神科,為了方便每次都拿三個月的藥,醫生只幫開藥不太聊,也不太關心,結果有藥物依賴現象,我很久前也是這樣,很高興現在已經改善。

下班大老遠從其他縣市趕過來,還要趕著在結束掛號之前到達,結果等超久一直沒辦法去吃飯,診間根本在聊天,候診的人都聽得到,還讓人候診者等超久,跟櫃檯詢問,櫃檯的小姐也無所作為,真的只能給一星的評價

是一間尊重專業的診所;底下留一星負評的鄉怨鄉巴佬不知道在沒水準什麼?你知道已開發國家看精神科要多久嗎?至少三小時起跳,沒文化水準愛方便的鄉民不要在正常發揮你們的水準了⋯真是無言。謝謝你們來到這裡給我一個提供醫療的機會,讓我不用跑到輔大醫院拿藥就走(雖方便可是遠),感恩你們支持品質的態度!

因為要出遠門,趕不上下次預約的門診時間,所以必須先拿藥,等了超久,一直詢問櫃台小姐可不可以幫我撥電話進去給醫生告知我帶小孩,小孩才剛發燒,等了至少四十分了,可不可以通融先開個藥給我,但櫃檯態度超差,說診所規定不行「這樣妳聽懂了嗎?」。 身為身心科診所,櫃檯卻連最基本的情緒控制都有問題 然後進去看診了,周醫生詢問我為什麼不請櫃檯打電話進來跟他講狀況⋯ 我說櫃檯不肯啊! 然後他才跟我致歉說是人員教育有問題, 下面那篇留言是我先生留的, 結果看到業主的回覆說什麼 如果我們是初診的話希望草草結束嗎? 根本不知事情始末就在那反擊⋯⋯ 那請問這樣是我們患者的問題嗎? 就算醫生很好,也不會在過去! 連基本的事情始末都搞不清楚就說什麼「如果只需要拿藥就很抱歉,你們診所不提供」 身心科本來就是會遇到急需先拿藥備著的狀況 所以意思是在貴診所看診的病患都不能有緊急問題 因為就是要照貴診所的sop走 不然就會被說 不歡迎 語畢,只能祝福貴診所的病患都能一切順利、不要有任何其他需要診所協助的狀況
