★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 用了兩年,這兩個月終於受不了轉投其他集運商了。以前是真的快,下單大概兩三天能收到,但是後來規則愈改愈誇張,完全不尊重客戶。
1. 儲藏時間只有20天,正常其他貨運都能放180天,搞得每次來不及湊滿重量也得趕快清艙。
2.到台灣的物流公司選擇完全不管客戶怎麼選,你選郵局他會改成他合作的私人物流。
3.會偷重量。我請賣家發給我控制在950克,賣家發的物流單號也顯示不足一公斤,結果一路發入艙顯示1.25公斤,害我得為了他們偷的重量多付一公斤運費。
4.更動規則毫無信賴保護原則。九月突然宣布不讓運食品,完全不管客戶已經入艙的東西。我比較幸運,賣家還讓退,所以自費運費退回去。臉書上很多人東西不能退,只能卡在一路發被銷毀。
5.客服態度極其強硬。東西寄來壞掉,遲延,溢出等等問題,一概不理。
6.還有很多其他選擇物流,不要再被一路發綁架了。說穿了一路發就是贏在有開發個APP,但其實其他家用網頁登入完全沒有比較不方便。

4. Changing the rules has no reliance on the protection principle. It was suddenly announced in September that no food would be allowed to be shipped, regardless of what the customer had already entered. I was lucky, the seller returned the refund, so the shipping fee was returned at my own expense. Many people on Facebook can’t return their things, they can only be destroyed when they are stuck all the way.
5. The customer service attitude is extremely tough. Any issues such as broken items, delays, overflows, etc. will be ignored.
6. There are many other options for logistics, don't be kidnapped all the way. To put it bluntly, sending it all the way means winning by developing an APP, but in fact, logging in to other home web pages is not at all inconvenient.

集運價格已經等同順豐了,還會偷重量,現在的速度也是慢到不行,真的建議可以多用順豐,至少速度快客服好。
去三重的站點取貨如果是阿伯態度都很好,遇過幾次年輕女性態度就非常差,應該是客服被派去那裡值班吧。
總之在這家公司遇到問題的都是年輕女性,建議真的是公主的話就不要上班了,去找你的王子就好,如果不是公主你就好好認命上班,態度不要那麼差。

很離譜的是客服非常的跋扈,語氣很不好,還說網頁上聲明的很清楚不要寄易碎品,擺明就是都是客戶的責任。東西寄錯地址,東西破損了連屍體都不給人看,這樣的服務態度惡劣到極點。

之前收到貨打開有破損,這公司居然說沒有提供證據無法證明是他們造成的,要客戶提供錄影的影片,真是很哇噻欸,舊雨新知趕緊換一家吧,別家的便宜速度也沒這公司慢多少

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 用了兩三年了多數情況真的沒什麼大問題,但一有問題服務人員態度真的是不是普通跩,簡單來說他們很忙很多貨沒有空理你,沒有辦法溝通,甚至還會反嗆客戶。很多奇妙的集貨的問題都是需要貨代協助解決的,常常都是收到才知道,例如過輕的東西但是包太大包被算成輕拋,但這往往可以重新包裝解決,這種他們也不會理你,因為這間公司的態度就是它是大型物流很忙很多客戶沒什麼時間理你這種一兩件的毛你要就來不要就拉倒。收費也是各種名目一堆,例如你真的發現無法溝通決定派別家貨代去取貨,還要加收一個幫你把貨拿出來的費用,甚至比我叫快遞運費還貴,而用他們自己系統的境內快遞那收費貴到你滿頭問號。如果你在意服務品質,強烈建議你不要選擇一路發,它的服務宗旨就是反正我很多客人不差你一個。

我不知道是我找的賣家包裝都很紮實還是如何
我買鏡子 跟雕像!完全沒有破損
我自己也很意外!
我買了大型的人造植物!170公分
也沒有折損
美中不足的是客服部分 無法即時回覆訊息✉️
至少到目前為止 我覺得這家集運商是ok的
並沒有大家口中評論那麼糟糕透頂

之前也有材積費故意量超過兩公斤被抓到,這次要不是很久以前定的商品沒辦法改地址,也不會碰這灘渾水!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 優點:使用一路發已經五六年,當初會使用主要是因為系統流程在眾多集運商中,我覺得做得好又穩定,速度也滿快,省了需多追蹤物件的心力。看到評論同意 上則+1 ,派送永和地區的貨多多大哥人超級NICE,深圳站的客服小姐,服務態度也滿好的,有什麼問題也都講解滿詳細。618淘了洗碗機跟壓克力浴缸回來,加木架與防水袋,包裹的嚴嚴實實的,安全抵達。
缺點:拆箱確認有無破損,要另外收費。一路發因為貨量大,沒有像小間集運商可以單獨拆箱加強商品的“內部”包裝服務。
經驗總結,建議高單價的、有易碎結構的商品,一定要加錢拍照,拆箱驗貨,如果淘寶商家出貨就包的很不結實,防震很差,就建議不要送到一路發,可以自行找小間的集運商去加強內部包裝,畢竟轉運的過程貨物避不了搬上搬下個好幾次。
像大品牌店或高口碑店家,包裝確定特別結實,送一路發打木架+防水袋,省時省力,速度快。
如果要買易碎物,陶瓷、藝術品、店家包裹的強度明顯的不夠承受轉運的波折,就直接去找可以跟你一對一的集運商,願意拆箱重新幫你包好,降低風險。
