清明連假最後一天,客人很多 所以有先致電能否前往並依約定時間到店 一進門,大家都只透過鏡子反射看一眼當沒看見 罰站了五分鐘才有人來招呼 不過沒關係 服務我的11號建教生弟弟反轉我的心情 靦腆的小朋友沒有硬要尬聊 讓我全程都很放鬆 除了態度不錯之外 頭皮去角質及洗頭技術都很舒服且恰當 洗頭時也沒有戴會拉扯頭髮的手套 加100分 讓第一次去的我下次還會想再光顧 希望都能遇到優質店員

今天洗完頭回座位時,看到椅子上有一堆上一位客人剪完頭遺留下來的頭髮,一開始進門入座沒注意到,已經一屁股坐下去,回家看褲子上果然都是頭髮(附圖)。看到椅子上一堆頭髮,我抽了第一張衛生紙擦,擦不完,接著抽了第二張繼續擦,男設計師就站在一旁看我表演,完全也沒有半句道歉的話,更別說接手處理椅子上那堆頭髮了!洗頭沖水時,水也是噴的我兩眼都是水(第三台蓮蓬頭似乎有點問題?)該名設計師也是都沒發現!!!是不是眼鏡度數不夠?以上兩點都是很基本該注意到的事吧!!漲價沒關係,一次漲50元也不少,麻煩基本服務要跟上!!

剛進店內一名助理立刻從櫃檯走出來迎接, 但我直接看向櫃檯發現一個男生完全不看我, 還在滑手機, 照理來說如果客人進店應該把手機收起來才是。 再來, 助理帶我到座位後請我稍等,問我需不需要茶水,我說不用沒關係謝謝。 接著幫我鋪好肩巾後準備洗頭, 但誇張的洗好頭準備回座位,卻發現有人在我原本座位上! 我的包包與物品都還在我原本位置上,裡頭也有錢包! 卻有新的客人在我原先位置上! 看到這我已經很傻眼, 另一個設計師卻要我坐在別的地方, 這是我去髮廊10幾年從來沒有發生過的事! 沒有人來跟我道歉, 就是叫我到別的位置坐, 我的包包是隱形了嗎? 我的東西也沒有幫我移開, 到最後要結帳本來助理都還在櫃檯, 看到我要過去結帳, 還是一樣跑出去抽菸還是聊天的, 然後我一個人在櫃檯乾等了一下。 我的設計師看到我在等才趕快跑來幫我結帳, 我最後才好好問我的設計師, 請問為什麼會有人坐在我原本的位置上? 得到的答案是因為沒有茶水他們沒有注意到, 所以一定要有茶水才叫有人坐? 我的包包還在位置上完全沒有人看見? 要我問了我才被道歉了, 你們的員工訓練真的非常需要加強! 還會給兩星也是因為設計師的態度讓我有感覺較好,其餘的感受非常糟糕,我已經是很好說話的客人了。
