我不是店員,但我必須要說澳洲來的客人無極限,拆封過的商品就是不能退貨(商品有瑕疵除外),堅稱什麼拆開商品沒有使用裏面商品的笑話,硬要店員退貨,嘴裡一直說別人都給退的經典語錄(啊就去嘴裡那間店買啊),根本微風南山7萬大衣的翻版,有本事開間店!一定找一堆親朋好友光臨貴店去把店裏的所有商品買下全拆過一輪,然後再打者消費者的權益說:我只有拆開過,沒使用過,要求全部拆封商品必須退貨,然後丟出一句經典語錄“我不在乎錢,但就是要退貨”打著維護權益的假旗號,再搭配只要不給退就是爛店另人反胃的心理,然後跑去給店家1顆星負評,再留言店多爛的SOP,店家的公司應該反而嘉獎員工堅持商家立場,保證店內絕對不會出現拆開過二手的商品,這種濫用權益的消費者應成為拒絕往來戶,也同時保護店員遭受無理的對待,以維護公司正面之形象。
