The clerk is very enthusiastic and kind. They can help choose the parts, and they can also slice and cut..., I don’t know how to choose, just tell the clerk what you need (fried pork cutlet, five slices), and they can prepare it for you. I mean I will take a shot for you if you want tonkatsu, it's super professional.
