過了3天後沒收到貨
傳Line詢問卻被已讀不回???
之後打電話去詢問卻得到"送貨的同事休假"這樣的答案???
同事休假可以理解 但不能主動聯繫客戶嗎??
之後又跟店家說是否可以自取
店家說可以請周一(6/10)晚上8點後來取
一到店裡卻被告知沒貨
沒貨都不用先通知的嗎???
員工教育訓練???素質????
一套內衣讓客戶等了又等等了又等
還好意思跟客戶說還好雨停了
這樣的屁話覺得很幽默??
服務真的爛到家了

Then called to ask but got the answer like "delivery colleague vacation" ???

Then I told the store if I could pick it up
The store said that it can be picked up after 8pm on Monday (6/10)
As soon as I arrived at the store, I was told that it was out of stock.
Don't you need to notify me when you are out of stock ???

I'm so sorry to tell the customer that the rain stopped
