雞肉飯及雞滷肉飯,大碗好吃又便宜,湯品有四神 豬肚 頭骨肉湯真的很不錯吃,值得大家來嚐嚐。

四神湯煮法百百種 各有擁護者 這家是小謙姐剛搬進新莊老街附近 就有朋友極力推薦的一家中式早餐 果真 一試成主顧 吃10幾年了呢~ 到現在還是小謙姐心目中 "中式"早午餐的最佳選擇 老闆夫妻倆本來的主業是辦桌 哇嗚~ 所以油飯是傳統辦桌版本 超美味 可惜在老闆上天國旅行之後 老闆娘因為人手不足所以忍痛放棄這款美食 沒問題 雖然沒有主打油飯 ?還有好吃的 雞滷飯+滷肉飯+炒麵+神好喝的四神湯 ⭐現在已經不賣油飯囉!!! 太可惜了油飯一直很熱銷? ❤️四神湯/豬肚湯 可以指定要肥腸或是瘦腸喔~? 有別於傳統四神材料 這家湯底用的是小薏仁與肉熬製 所以湯是乳白色看似會是膩口的濃郁肉味 但是卻滿口清爽薏仁香氣與肉湯藥酒香 交織出的美味?非常醇香順口? 旁邊是用來沾小腸的薑絲蒜蓉醬 這款沾醬別處的四神湯還真的沒有 特別讚賞一下 他煮的小腸不會太軟爛 還保有彈牙的口感 去腥的工作也做得非常好 完完全全沒臟腥味 搭配小薏仁滑滑的口感 這碗湯真是太完美了 ❤️雞滷飯 就是白飯上鋪滿水煮雞肉絲 再淋上色澤誘人的滷肉醬汁 旁邊擺上醃蘿蔔與辣泡菜 真是爽口解膩 滷肉是厚切的帶皮豬肉 長時間滷製所以口感非常軟不膩口 ?醬香味濃郁?鹹度也恰到好處 ❤️炒麵(拉仔麵) 是直接將油麵蒸熱後淋上滷肉 所以主要的味道來自於滷肉醬汁 因為中一的滷肉醬汁比較鹹一點且油脂多 拿來拌油麵醬汁與油脂均勻的裹在麵體上 油香油香的醬香味十足 好吧~還是習慣加上果然辣醬來吃 老闆超~~~~極~~~~親切(鄰居大姊風範)

湯頭濃郁,喝起來完全不會有肉的腥羶味,問過老板娘她在前置作業上下很多功夫,簡直是比照中央廚房SOP生產模式,非常注重品質! 最愛是小肚湯跟雞肉飯,小肚在這裡可以吃的很安心完全不怕踩雷,如果就愛那種Q彈有勁,帶肉帶Q的口感一定要來吃上一碗。 雞肉飯第一次還怕配湯會吃不完,但莫名奇妙就消滅了,每次都白擔心的,即使沒有很餓但就是忍不住一口接一口,固定有配黃蘿蔔跟泡菜,這兩樣真的是畫龍點睛,如果為此再來一碗我也不意外。 我個人吃法分享,附上的薑絲醬油我會加另加他們特製的辣椒醬,薑絲可以就飯吃,醬料沾肉超絕。 大推,備註:所有湯底都是四神湯底,非傳統大顆的薏仁。

有幾個小點需注意 1.綜合湯裡面的料是小薏仁不是四神 2.雞肉飯是一絲一絲不是一塊一塊的雞肉 3.飯很大一碗會很飽哦~ 綜合湯裡面有豬腸、豬肚、還有連接豬肚下面的鬚鬚(忘記問名字),料好多好好吃哦!沾醬是醬油膏配薑絲~吃淡口味的建議可以跟老闆說不用醬油膏,單獨薑絲配上豬內臟們就好對味! 老闆娘說早上五點就開了~早上喝個湯配個飯,應該會超級元氣滿滿去上班吧???
