每個食材都保有本身的味道 及 鮮甜
滷汁並不會太搶戲 加了小辣更加微妙
有點像是沙鍋魚頭的湯底
雖然外觀上浮了一層油
但是整體吃起來也沒有特別重的油膩感
吃到後面甚至想把滷汁喝完
已經被後勁驅使把它想成是一碗湯
真厲害
老闆娘也非常熱情
已經晚上11.還是會主動講出食材名稱介紹
以及價位
工作下班來個一份非常有飽足感
