但後來煮火鍋，覺明超好吃的。豆腐焦香味還在，但已不鹹，下次還要買很多。

碳烤只有晚上6點後能買到，難得喔！
我們第一次吃古早味碳烤的黃豆干和油豆腐，濃郁的炭火香氣，天然原味，黃皮豆干外皮是融入南洋咖哩中常用的香料「薑黃」，呈現古意討喜的黃澄色，外皮正中央還蓋上紅章。
新莊廟街今僅存這家，很特色! 希望旅客可以去看看，必吃。
