已有百年歷史歷經五代人傳承的老店 這家粿是小謙姐剛搬來新莊時 第一個買來吃的粿 (因為自己很愛吃粿 記得當時真的被他的價格嚇到? 小謙姐是中部人除了媽媽自己會做粿之外 在外面買的價位都是阿瑞官的一半 但是吃了一口之後覺得還是值了這個價位 他選用的食材與用量確實比較好比較多?真材實料 今天來主要是試試他另一個主打產品❤️油飯 小謙姐有順手買了芋頭巧與蘿蔔絲草粿 再拍照時濃郁油蔥香氣已經飄散出來 (口水~ ?油飯 $80 首先看到的是吸睛的大香菇大肉條 但是量比較少而且是拌入油飯裡面 油蔥香氣比較重 這點很優秀 使用品質很好的香菇炒製時有炒出香氣 讓油飯整體的香氣倍增 阿瑞官的油飯糯米是使用長糯米 口感屬於比較扎實彈牙微微帶著黏性 有點像吃北部粽的口感耶~ 阿瑞官的粿各個飽滿油亮 各有各的忠實愛護者 ?芋粿巧 $30 每口咬下都有鬆軟的芋頭 混和著油蔥香(油蔥加的很多 裏頭還有2公分的扎實精瘦肉塊 與蝦米調和層次鮮香味 粿本身不像中部的粿那麼扎實的Q彈 而是軟軟糯糯的 整體調味比較淡且微偏甜 屬於比較北部的傳統口味 ?蘿蔔絲草粿 $30 蘿蔔絲不是想像的鹹甜口味 而是比較甜香 外皮屬於比較清香型 且粿的部分調味比較甜 口感也是屬於軟軟糯糯 沒有扎實的Q度 ?小謙姐比較偏好芋粿巧一點 阿瑞官的粿都是$30 用料很實在 有10幾種品項可以選擇 特殊年節還會增加品項喔~ 店門有詳細的圖解 先看清楚後就可以快速選購喜愛的口味 捷運頭前庄站2號出口往新莊老街走就會看到阿瑞官粿店 店址就位於老街口

CP值很高。 菜圃米口味的草仔粿,裡面滿滿的餡料,原本想說皮是否會太厚,吃了一口完全不覺得!就是這個厚度搭配內餡吃起來很剛好。皮很Q彈,味道是淡淡的香氣,但我覺得很超值。 芋粿巧裡面有包肉塊,吃起來也是Q軟,個人大堆! 芋粿吃起來有點像是發粿或馬來糕的那種糕體,吃起來一樣也是非常好吃,香氣十足。 油飯粒粒分明,香菇給的很足夠,好吃 雞胗冷的吃味道比較淡,如果加熱後會味道會比較顯現。冷吃熱吃都不錯

阿瑞官是百年老店,已經經營五代了 這是我吃過餡料最多皮最Q彈的草仔粿~真心推薦 如果量很大可以揹後背包來裝,用手提真的很重! 捷運可以搭橘色新莊蘆洲線的頭前庄站,二號出口出來一路直走,走到一個小叉路後往左拐進去,叉路地方還有阿瑞官的小扛棒,寫著100公尺 我是清明連假的第一天去買的,去之前有打電話詢問,老闆說不可以幫忙預留,要自己現場來買~所以大家手腳要快喔,店面開到五點。 要特別注意的是,發糕、鹹年糕、蘿蔔糕以及油飯這四種都是季節限定!所以平常是買不到的,過年前才有賣噢!

阿瑞官粿店是新莊廟街裡的百年老店,以傳統的古早味粿類聞名。 晚上要跟朋友們聚會,大家已經吃飽,只想要來點點點心,就想到這家百年粿店啦! 雖然阿瑞官開在小巷子裡,不過來買粿的人潮倒是陸陸續續一直進門,生意蠻好的。各種粿都擺在櫃台上,芋粿、芋粿巧、草仔粿、紅龜粿等等,幾乎都是$35左右 (漲價了~) 芋粿巧是阿瑞官的招牌,很多人都會專程來這裡買芋粿巧 。以傳統的粿來說,這裡的粿價格稍高一點,不過挺有份量,物有所值 。芋粿巧裡有包芋頭塊跟豬肉,料很實在,芋頭塊挺多的!芋粿巧吃起來有蠻濃的油蔥香氣,粿很Q,裡面包的芋頭夠大塊,吃起來鬆香。除了芋頭外還能吃到豬肉丁,口感很好,不虧是招牌,果然厲害! 阿瑞官的草仔粿共有三種口味,紅豆綠豆和蘿蔔絲。蘿蔔絲口味真的很讚,裡面蘿蔔絲包得爆炸滿。一咬下就是炒蘿蔔絲、油蔥跟蝦米炒出的濃厚古早味香氣。草仔粿本身沒有什麼草味,非常軟嫩,黏手不黏牙,口感格外軟Q。蘿蔔絲不單單是爆炸滿,吃起來鹹香又Q,朋友們都說讚。不常吃傳統粿的朋友們也覺得口感很好,推蘿蔔絲口味! 午後來個芋粿巧、草仔粿,就是傳統味十足的台式下午茶啦~有機會來到新莊廟街,可別錯過這傳承百年的經典古早味!

The closest way to describe the "cakes" they sell are like giant mochi stuffed with red bean paste, or meats, etc. It feels like you're in the middle of nowhere because it is in a small side street. Worth the trip and exploration.

very historical shop over 100 years. the most famous ones are its rice cake. there are sweet ones and salty ones. personally i like its Caozaiguo(herbal rice cake) very much which is a traditional Hakka snack. it makes me feel back to my childhood and some good memories.
