雖然距離我家不到1km就有其他復建科,但去過其中一家,醫生很好,但其他的不好。 因此找到評價很好的大和,距離2.3km,今天上午雖然沒有看到門診,但工作人員親切熱心說明,感覺很好,下次看好門診時間再來。 P.S. 裡面很多民眾在做復建。

這間診所的時間比一般人快10分鐘唷,可能是位於不同時區要注意一下?。 從林口長庚轉診過來,醫生不錯,耐心幫我找問題。 協助復健的小姐告知我每天復健的時間,讓我提早一小時過來,於是我在她告知的打烊時間前一小時抵達,但他們拒絕讓我復健,因為只提早一小時不夠,「因為他們診所時間快了10分鐘」,所以我應該要提早一小時十分鐘。 我理解大家都想準時下班,所以為什麼一開始不清楚告知呢?總之,他們表定復健時間到9:30是騙人的,他們最後10分鐘要關門。 所以說關門時間到底是對顧客來說還是對員工來說?如果可以,希望診所老闆把時間調整好,不然他們趕下班也趕病患。

來這邊復健,求得是身體恢復良好狀況,每次來復健,剛開始都有詢問過了,也有錄影存證(因為安全帽上面有開錄影 並不是說惡意存證錄影),熱敷15分鐘為基準,特例情況,如果趕時間可以略過熱敷直接牽引機復健及電療,我今天趕時間,熱敷10分鐘,某位服務小姐態度極差(帶眼鏡的),說:要熱敷15-20分鐘,才能使用牽引機。我就問難道你們標準規定都是自己定的嗎?一下說可以略過熱敷,一下說要分鐘達標才可進行下一步復健流程,一個人,一個做事標準,其他的人完全沒有教育訓練的感覺(還是要我翻存檔出來 你們自己打臉一下?)一個前台小姐(身材較富裕的)做的都比這些帶復健者去復健的服務小姐做的還好,且服務態度更加親切更加專業,每次都用到很到位。那位帶復健的小姐,還直接堵我一句話,:不想做就退掛啊(帶眼鏡的),我真的沒遇過這麼沒素質的人!我們在前台等了兩分鐘要掛號復健,給我站在櫃檯前面看電視不鳥人,有夠誇張,身為這家店負責人看到這則評論請回覆,不要護航自己不良的員工,身為復健者,真的感受極差。 醫生跟前台小姐(身材較富裕的)都是很好的 唯獨幾位服侍復健者的小姐,服務態度極差! 復健電療的床套及枕頭 根本沒有定期清理的習慣,上面全部都是毛髮跟髒污,負責人都沒有再尋店的嗎?羊毛出在羊身上。

初診讓醫師看片子,都準確講出我原本的問題,評估後建議持續復健,現在要認真按時的來做治療了,等待好結果!協助復健的人員也很細心協助,辛苦大家了。
