老闆娘統籌指揮很好，就算是訂單多也不會亂了手腳，還蠻值得想開早餐店的人學習的，餐點品質ok.
其實中西式早餐店口味都大同小異，衛生/速度/餐點品質只要都有顧到，客人自然會續購。

就剛剛外帶，做餐點的阿姨帶著手套找我240元，摸了紙鈔和硬幣，摸了電話和筆和點餐板！
回頭再去做我的馬鈴薯沙拉吐司.....
這樣不太衛生吧⋯於是我和老闆娘說，老闆娘回我平常是她自己在收錢，因為她剛離開去泡茶！只說會再跟員工說...
她並沒有說要換給我！
我還是拿回家吃掉！覺得很無奈！
之前有一次，打電話去訂餐！
去取餐時，多了一個我沒點的餐，也是回我說他們不會聽錯！
是我堅持才拿起來！
我不會再去買了！
