討論的過程中非常的仔細且有耐心，對於業主的需求（想要的設計或預算上）都有細心的照顧到並給予專業的建議！
他們會盡量在簽約前就把花費預算都詳細列出給業主，不會工程進行到一半或是最後才猛列追加項目，導致爆預算。
工程安排基本上也都照原訂計劃走，還貼心的提早完工（剛好快接近鬼月），讓我們可以盡快入厝??。
進住後難免才會發現一些小瑕疵，後續的保固處理也都很迅速負責??

They will try their best to list the cost budget to the owner in detail before signing the contract, and will not rush to list additional items until the project is halfway through or at the end, leading to a burst of budget.
