家用電子產品都有,而且就在社區裡,真的很方便。裡面有位小姐服務很好,連送貨的小哥也都很有禮貌。雖然台灣沒有日本的那種大型電器行,但全國電子有好厝邊的感覺。尤其是有促銷時贈品還不少,呵呵呵。

以下是一個月內發生的事。 更早之前,我們去全國電子幸福店看電視並比過價,2021年九月下旬某晚,我們想再去確認品牌丶尺寸並買下,但是服務人員沒上二樓,所以我們改到這間~全國電子中平店。 到店後直接買下一台奇美電視及一台聲寶烤箱。這台電視在三週內壞了三次,不是遙控器按下去沒反應,就是出現無訊號畫面,不勝其擾,第四次壞之後,我們不想再研究並自行解決,便打這個頁面上的電話。 後來奇美來電,對方給我的稱謂對我而言很不禮貌,而且當時我在忙,所以匆匆掛上電話。沒多久,這家門市的人來電,依然給我我認為不禮貌的稱謂,依然不管我正在忙工作。 但電視不能不修,只好無奈放下工作,想到奇美曾說明他們想了解電視如何故障,我耐心對這家門市的來電人員陳述,口氣極平和。 誰知道!她竟然打斷我,要我「對扣」,我告訴她安裝電視時早已對扣,不然怎麼會壞?但她不相信也不理會,繼續自言自語。 我問她是她來修嗎?她會修嗎?為什麼不讓我把不能看電視的問題陳述完?她說她不會修,並指責我打斷她。 太扯了吧!氣到掛電話。半小時後回撥,電話響了一分鐘以上都沒人接,整個諾大的店竟然沒人接電話?! 還好全國電子有總公司,否則只能向主管機關投訴才能解決問題。最後奇美的人來了,按下螢幕下方的開關便離開,為了讓奇美的維修人員按一個鍵,竟得被全國電子中平店的人打斷一小時以上的工作? 目前電視已有十天沒再故障,如果再故障,我將致電總公司,直接跳過這家門市。這是一次很糟糕的購買經驗,沒有任何服務我們就買了,買了之後也得不到應有的服務。 很討厭在Google 上給差評,但這次必須,以後不會再踏進這家店。

Called back half an hour later, the phone rang for more than a minute and no one answered it. No one answered the phone in the entire Nuo Da store? ! Finally, the people from Chi Mei came, pressed the switch at the bottom of the screen and left. In order for the Chi Mei maintenance staff to press a button, they had to be interrupted by people from the National Electronics Zhongping store for more than an hour? The TV has not broken down for ten days now. If it breaks down again, I will call the head office and skip this store directly. This is a very bad buying experience. We bought it without any service. After buying it, we couldn't get the service we deserved. I hate to give bad reviews on Google, but I must this time, and I won’t step into this store again in the future.

不接單就把平台關掉,什麼叫做你現場有客人不接單那你開平台幹嘛耍外送員跟訂平台的消費者? 員工教育訓練真差。
If you don't take orders, close the platform. What does it mean when you have customers on the spot who don't take orders? Then why do you open a platform and play couriers with consumers who order the platform? Staff education and training is really poor.
