此間店員吃硬不吃軟，購買時講話無需太客氣

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 訂了幾次外送，態度都讓人感到不舒服，如果不想接單麻煩不要開放外送，接了又口氣差（接電話的跟外送員都是）好像客人欠你的一樣，事後還說因為員工是新來的，本人也是做餐飲業的，假日大家都忙，但ㄧ接到電話都還沒反應過來就被兇還被掛電話，我不認為這樣是合理的。
不論餐點，光就服務態度，就讓人退避三舍，今天真是謝謝你們指教，以後我們會另外找其他可外送的便當，就不麻煩貴店了。
