湯麵表現比較好,湯頭算好喝不會太油(陽春麵比切仔米粉的湯好喝),但不知道為何陽春麵裡有好多小塊豬肝?,賺到了!乾麵就是乾麵,沒有驚喜!一點都沒有!!有點像是傻瓜乾麵,但蠻小碗就蠻大碗的,ok這算驚喜?,小菜種類沒有特別多,比較特別的應該是豬尾巴吧~但口感是比較Q彈的那種水煮口味,我個人比較沒有那麼喜歡就是。 然後沒有遇到阿成???

除了招牌的烏醋乾麵外我喜歡粿仔麵,因為湯頭很讚! 小菜每一樣都很好吃,湯麵的湯頭及湯類的湯頭不一樣,湯麵的湯頭因為有調味所以更好喝。 本小店的價格在新莊算是非常佛心,雖然份量不算多,但反而可以多吃不同的食物,值得大推。

一吃就喜歡上的街攤小吃。位在新莊中義街的烏醋乾麵沒有自己的店面,從料理攤到座席區全都在一個騎樓下,但走的卻是路邊街攤中少見而難得的吃巧路線。 這次初訪點了招牌的烏醋乾麵、骨仔肉湯,並切了一盤豬尾巴,樣樣都喜歡,其中又以豬料最佳。相較三重的大胖,中義街的烏醋乾麵的醋色較深、也比較沒那麼湯水,配料部份除了豆芽之外還有油蔥並灑了些許生辣椒(!),單就烏醋和麵本身的配合而言我個人稍喜歡大胖多一些,但中義街的因為含了更多配料所以滋味比較繽紛,也還是很不錯吃。 烏醋乾麵不錯,這次所點的豬料則是典型的台灣小吃中的「庶民極品」。取用自新鮮溫體豬的豬料自然會有香氣,口感也好,像那切豬尾巴,筋肉俱彈而有嚼勁,骨的部分也一樣可以稍微咀嚼一下,真是好吃。接著骨仔肉湯又更厲害了,湯頭不濁而有帶進新鮮豬料的香甜,然後那骨仔肉大概是這次造訪最驚艷、也是近期吃過最棒的骨仔肉,這骨仔肉同時帶肥、肉、和筋,夾起數塊一口咬下同時會吃到至少三種口感,滋味也是鮮香甜,用「極品」來形容中義街的這骨仔肉真的不為過,下次再訪時可能會試一下切盤(期待)。 對我(應該還有很多人)來說,中義街烏醋乾麵的最大問題應該是所在地點實在太遠、交通也太不方便,附近不但沒有捷運,連距離最近的捷運站都有頗遠一段距離,然後如果要慢慢拉公車過去估計單程可能要快一小時... 雖然如此遙遠、交通如此不便,但我還是會再訪的,因為好吃所以值得。 新莊的中義街烏醋乾麵我認為是另一個台灣庶民美食小吃經典,喜歡推薦! Ps. 雖為街攤但中義街所有餐碗盤都是瓷器,又是一大加分,也是吃巧的另一明證。

The black vinegar dried noodles is good, and the pork we ordered this time is the "Plain's Best" among the typical Taiwanese snacks. The pig material taken from fresh warm-bodied pigs will naturally have an aroma and a good taste. Like the cut pig tail, the muscles are elastic and chewy, and the bone part can also be chewed a little, which is really delicious. Then the Bone Boy broth is even more powerful. The soup is not cloudy but has the sweetness of fresh pork ingredients. Then the Bone Boy is probably the most amazing and the best Bone Broth I've ever eaten in this visit. This Bone Boy At the same time, it has fat, meat, and tendons. When you take a few pieces and bite down, you will eat at least three kinds of tastes. The taste is also fresh and sweet. It is really not an exaggeration to use "superior" to describe this boneless meat in Zhongyi Street. Might try the cut plate on my next visit (look forward to it). For me (there should be a lot of people), the biggest problem with black vinegar dried noodles in Zhongyi Street is that the location is too far and the traffic is too inconvenient. Not only is there no MRT nearby, but even the nearest MRT station is not available. There is a long distance, and if you want to pull the bus slowly, it may be an hour faster one way... Although it is so far away and the traffic is so inconvenient, I will visit again, it is worth it because it is delicious. Xinzhuang's Zhongyi Street Black Vinegar Dried Noodles I think is another Taiwanese food snack classic, I like to recommend it! Ps.
