★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 行前先預定好$1000的無菜單料理，抱著期待又怕受傷害的心情前往。沒想到出乎意料的好吃，道道料理都是師傅用心設計並且鮮味十足。生魚片味道鮮甜、肉質彈嫩。連甜點都是師傅自己製作的喔！無浮誇虛華的擺盤裝飾與名稱，沒有壓力的用餐環境，一定會再訪。

有賣生熟食丼飯、壽司、手捲、火鍋等，也有無菜單料理(680元/1000元)，需事先預約
今天點生魚片蓋飯(300元)
有多種季節鮮魚，給的種類不算少，還有一隻大蝦，算是很有誠意！
尤其喜歡醋飯的味道，酸的恰到好處，配魚一起吃很協調
蝦頭會拿去熬味噌湯，咬開蝦頭超鮮美
飯後還有附一小盤水果

花壽司是另外加點的，也很美味。

吃不出來只會覺得太少道
個人覺得量比很多店來的多很多
食材也好很多又新鮮
