從原舊點就光顧到現在,110年12月1日晚上,想說在來補一些魚,結果又遇到上回幫我服務的那位店員小姐,起初我還蠻開心的,但這次卻令我非常失望,她是怎麼了,上次的親切服務是騙人的嗎?還是可以用心情不好來影響顧客的心情!接待態度有夠糟糕的!我連一顆星都不想給的差勁啦! 唉,請她抓個魚,口氣很差,態度就非常的傲慢,然後我只是請她,抓的時候幫我留意,不要抓尾巴有破損的;因為那就是魚爛尾體態的徵兆,咦,什麼鬼,這樣不行?她直接回我不能挑選,我沒有要挑阿.....我詞窮也被她嚇到了,這真的是她嗎? 這.....真的是她嗎? 這.....真的是她嗎? 之前的那位友善的女店員,怎麼變了個人..... 同樣的女店員,怎麼前後的待客之道差那麼多,上次就很客氣的熱心幫忙,但這次既然是這樣的態度,因為當時的氣氛很尷尬,我本來當下就不太想買,很想掉頭就走,但最後冷靜一下,還是用同理心的買完走人! 我回到家,還有更令我嘆為觀止的事,在對水時檢查一下,竟然有 4 隻魚都是尾巴有明顯破損的,其中 2 隻還有明顯的白點,我不經的懷疑,她是不是故意要趕顧客走的,難道都不用看一下在撈嗎?有狀況品質不好的魚,有沒有在檢查,都要轉嫁讓顧客買單嗎,態度就是心不甘情不願,用盡隨便的態度,反而讓我覺得她會因小失大,流失顧客買魚觀賞的期待。 我只有一個檢疫措施,就是把有問題的魚丟到馬桶放生,正常的魚等檢疫完沒事在下缸,不然,這種品質可能會發生全部倒缸的! 這次遇到同樣的女店員前後態度不佳,非常機車的刁難,我也只好認了,唉,沒有耐心跟同理心,不懂得什麼叫作換位思考嗎?下次只好在找一家充滿熱情的店,這家我不會再去光顧了! 不敢恭維,水族館到處都是..... 也請好好的加強員工教育跟訓練,夭壽,要是這種素質的,在看看你們顧客所留的許多負評,不難看出至今都沒有在改進的,多花些時間,多關心顧客的感受才是真正的永續經營之道。

有些魚來不及補货, 所以沒有買到, 店員的招呼還算親切。 其他有關是養魚的知識, 來不及請教店員, 小小的店面,包羅萬象的用品, 也算是讓新莊區的朋友, 多了一種選擇, 跟大型魚中魚量販店比較起來, 算很便宜的了~

來這間店 要注意的點我歸類一下 去了幾趟的經驗總結 兩位年輕‼️男生‼️男生‼️男生‼️服務員 態度極好 很重要說三次 服務態度非常之親切 至於裡面的女店員 我看了網路評價極差 我也就不信邪的去請她服務 後來我相信 大家說的是實話了? 整個不耐煩 態度差 我是真搞不懂 一個員工在一家店面的評論 出現這麼多負評 到底為何還能待下來就是了⁉️要待下來 也做個員工訓練應該不難吧? 至於其他的 價位合理‼️ 環境整潔‼️ 除了女店員 服務態度都很棒‼️ 買回去的魚 也沒什麼狀況‼️ 能不能挑魚 倒覺得還好 畢竟整體魚的狀況都不錯‼️ 整體除了女店員 其他我給五顆星? 上面扣的三顆星 我就送給女店員了?
