The space is not very new but the equipment is new. The Promotion Department has physical fitness classes. It is not bad to try TRX. The teachers are also kind, and the assistant university can promote it to the neighbors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 天冷下雨最怕上體育課,但今天在文德樓B1上體適能,女老師美麗親切解說各種器材使用、及健身效果,加上場地寬廣舒適,能在雨天上課享受運動的極限,感覺小確幸!
It is cold and rainy, I am most afraid of physical education, but today I am physically fit in Wende Building B1. The female teacher is beautiful and cordial to explain the use of various equipment and fitness effects. In addition, the venue is spacious and comfortable. I feel so lucky!
