結果安寧病房的探訪機制跟一般長照一樣，
也根本沒有安寧病房主任，問清楚才說是顧問
這樣叫做安寧病房嗎 ? 安寧病房就是需要家人陪在身邊
說甚麼若長輩病危了送醫院會通知家屬，家屬再去醫院看
阿不就跟一般長照一模模一樣樣??
送來送去的折騰老人家
這樣的養護中心給 一 顆星都太多
請各位慎選，並問清楚再做決定。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接電話的口氣都很差 新的主任好很多不過下面的也是一團糟 一點同理心都沒有的機構 現任社工跟以前的態度真的天南地北不能比 一直推 沒同理心 沒碰過這們沒有同理心與主動的社工

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中英你好 ：我是入住貴單位確診已亡住民黃X嬌家屬，在此要向你們表明家屬心聲，老人因身體不適需人照顧，所以才會送往貴單位安養，希望老人能有個好的安養照顧也有好的善終，從疫情起貴單位說為了保護老人健康之由就不讓家屬進院探望，可是你們還是讓老人在院內確診重症感染新冠病毒，並在醫院隔離病房內死亡，讓老人與家人遺憾連最後一面都沒有見到，你們院方在通知家人時也沒有明確告知老人是確診送急診就叫家人趕快去醫院急診室，家人因為沒有心理準備一去醫院就立刻被隔離陪診，害得家屬因此事件家庭以及工作方面都一團亂，而且照顧家屬最後自己也被感染確診，並且老人在隔離病房內家屬照顧時發現老人的身上不時的發出一種惡酸臭味，而且身上背後長滿皮削掉的床上都是，強烈懷疑你們平時是否有給他做身體清潔工作，不然不可能發出此臭味，家屬每月花這麼多安養費，就是要請你們把老人妥善照顧好，卻是如此讓老人家屬情何以堪，安養中心應該是個良心事業，而且最後退會結帳時，又跟家屬的入住時壓的費用錢財不清，家屬也拿了收費單據跟你們確認，你們也不認帳，還推說是因為單位換會計人員，現在沒有這樣做帳，可是當初我們入住時那個會計說那就是院方你們的做帳方式，家屬當時就發現院方收費有問題，有跟當時的會計反應，當時會計強調要等到家屬最後退館，或住民最後入住中死亡時才會退補助押金，當下還拿了一張住在裡面也剛往生者單據給家屬看，說別人也是這樣。你們說要去總公司查帳，不知是否有查確實，因為到現在你們確實還欠我們住戶的補助押金未退。

When we complained, she told us we are welcome to take our elderly else where. And that’s exactly what we did.
