網路上（Yahoo or PC Home不記得了）買了兩隻SAMPO(聲寶) 電動牙刷, 大約是$799），先用一支快一年就壞了，拆開第二支要使用時發現根本是壞的！打電話給客服時，她說電動牙刷保固期只有半年，要我寄回去再加350元換新的（等於就是買新的價錢？），後來打第二通電話確認時，客服又改說『保固期一年內壞掉會換新的，但如已過我們不負責，也不維修!（還很囂張的口氣回答...她姓誰（好像是姓黃？），這是我們公司的規定』，這家產品的品質如此的差就算了，連客服的態度也囂張！如果要買這家的產品『千萬要三思』！

I bought two SAMPO electric toothbrushes on the Internet (I can't remember from Yahoo or PC Home), about $799. The first one was broken for almost a year. bad! When calling the customer service, she said that the warranty period of the electric toothbrush is only half a year, and she asked me to send it back and add another 350 yuan for a new one (which is the same as the price of buying a new one?).
